Fuselage assembly · A320 family
Seven agents watching quality, scrap, section progress and right-first-time on Line 2.
About this dashboard
Hide
Goal: give the A320 fuselage line one place to see whether assembly is on track for quality, cost and delivery, and why it is not when it slips. The four KPIs that decide this are quality complaints, scrap, assembled regions against plan, and right first time. A team of AI agents watches them around the clock, spots deviations as they happen, finds likely causes and routes each issue to the right person, so the line reacts within minutes instead of at the next shift meeting.
Who it is for
Shift and line leads, quality engineers, production planners and the project team responsible for fuselage assembly.
What the agents do
- Read SAP QM, SAP MM, MES confirmations, inspection records and torque logs
- Classify each quality notification and assign an owner
- Keep the scrap Pareto and section status current
- Compute right first time per station and shift
- Open an 8D when a limit is crossed and escalate to the shift lead
- Draft the shift handover
How to read it
- Top: the four KPIs against the previous 7 days and their targets
- Middle: where the problems sit: defect mix, fuselage sections, scrap drivers, stations
- Bottom: agent orchestration, showing how the agents share and hand over the work
- Right: ask the line assistant for causes, held sections or a handover
What it should achieve
- Faster reaction to quality and scrap events
- Fewer repeat defects through early root-cause work
- Less manual KPI collection and reporting
- One shared picture of the line across shifts
Prototype with simulated sample data. No connection to production systems.

Assembled regions
Section status per aircraft in the line. Select a section for detail.
Scrap Pareto
Scrap value by part family, last 7 days

Agent orchestration
How the agents share the work this shift. Select an agent in the graph to focus every view on it.
Orchestration graph
Data sources → specialists → orchestrator. Line width = events this shift, moving dots = live hand-offs.
Incident trace

Shift timeline
Each bar is one agent task. Thin vertical lines are hand-offs between lanes. The shaded part is the rest of the shift.
